Achmea launches cash tender offer

Achmea B.V. (“Achmea”) has commenced a cash tender offer (the “Offer”) for up to €150,000,000 aggregate principal amount (the “Maximum Tender Amount”) of the outstanding €500,000,000 of the 5.125 per cent Fixed to Floating Rate Perpetual Securities issued by Achmea B.V. (formerly Eureko B.V.) (the “Notes”) at the Purchase Price determined in a Modified Dutch Auction Procedure (as described in the Invitation Memorandum).
