Eureko closes sale of Império France to SMABTP group

Eureko today announces that it has closed the sale of Império France to SMABTP group. Império France was Eureko’s smallest operating company outside The Netherlands. All regulatory authorities have approved the transaction.

Eureko announced on 21 December 2010 that it signed an agreement leading to the sale of Império. Eureko was advised by PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in Paris for the M&A aspects of the transaction.
