Kosta Cholakov resigns as CEO Interamerican Bulgaria

With effect from 1 May 2013 Kosta Cholakov (41) has decided to step down as CEO of Interamerican Bulgaria. Cholakov found a new challenge with KBC Group where, pending regulatory approval, he will become CEO of DZI Insurance in Bulgaria.

Vice chairman of the board Dominique Bauduin will become CEO a.i. of Interamerican Bulgaria per 1 May. At the same date the management team will be strengthened by George Valais, who is to be appointed as COO a.i. The appointment of Mr. Bauduin is subject to the approval of the Bulgarian regulator.
