Achmea announces redemption of € 393 million Notes

Achmea B.V. announces the redemption of the remaining € 393 million of the initial € 750 million Subordinated Fixed-to-Floating Rate Undated (Perpetual) Subordinated Option B Notes (ISIN: XS1180651587; Common Code: 118065158) (the "Notes") on 4 February 2025, being the first call date.

The Notes will be redeemed in full at their principal amount together with interest accrued on 4 February 2025. Achmea will pay the redemption from available funds. Trading in the Notes will be suspended as of 31 January 2025.

The Notes have been issued under the Achmea B.V. € 5 billion Debt Issuance Programme prospectus, dated 15 September 2014, supplemented on 28 November 2014 and 26 January 2015 (available on www.achmea.com).

Zeist, 28 February 2023 – Achmea B.V. announces the redemption of the outstanding €500 million Subordinated Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due 2043 (ISIN: XS0911388675; Common Code: 091138867) (the “Notes”) on 4 April 2023, being the first call date.

The Notes will be redeemed in full at their principal amount together with interest accrued to the date fixed for redemption. Achmea will pay the redemption from available funds. Trading in the Notes will be suspended as of 31 March 2023.

The Notes have been issued under the Achmea B.V. €5 billion Debt Issuance Programme, dated 20 March 2013 (available on www.achmea.com)
