Until 1 September, the members of the board of Achmea Schadeverzekeringen N.V. are Michiel Delfos and Fred Schuurman, divisional chairman and finance director, respectively, of the Non-Life division. The current members of the board of Achmea Pensioen & Levensverzekeringen N.V. are Frans van der Ent and Martin Heuvelmans, divisional chairman and finance director, respectively, of the Pension & Life division. All four continue in their capacity as divisional chairman or finance director.

The changes in the membership of the boards is part of organisational and governance changes designed to create closer links between the market-focused chains and to simplify the management of our organisation.
