Achmea Healthcare Property Fund again named the most sustainable in the world
The Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund (ADHCPF), managed by Achmea Real Estate, has once again been recognized as the most sustainable healthcare real estate fund in the world. In the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), the fund ranked first in its international peer group of comparable healthcare real estate funds for the eighth time since 2016.
With a score of 93,9 points, the healthcare property fund reaffirmed its global leadership position in sustainability. Achmea Real Estate’s residential and retail funds also delivered strong results, scoring 92,1 and 92,6 points respectively. All three funds were once again awarded five stars, the highest possible GRESB rating.
Boris van der Gijp, Co-Chair of Achmea Real Estate: “Being ranked number one in the world once again is a tremendous recognition of what we have achieved together with our investors and partners. Maintaining a global leadership position is just as challenging as reaching it in the first place. This ranking confirms that our long-term commitment to sustainability continues to deliver results.”
